cirkex Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This document defines your rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cirkex platform and its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on cirkex, you automatically agree to these Terms. Please read each clause carefully.

Important Notice: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Clause 1

General Provisions

cirkex is an online gaming and betting platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots and various other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. By accessing and using this platform you agree to abide by these Terms.

These Terms have been drawn up in Bengali and are to be interpreted in the context of the legal framework of Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between cirkex and the user. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, these written Terms shall be considered final.

cirkex reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Clause 2

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the cirkex platform, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be a legally competent individual.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • Participation in online gaming activities is lawful from your current location.

Age Verification: cirkex may ask you to submit proof of identity for age verification at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Use of the platform by minors or ineligible persons is strictly prohibited. If anyone creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Clause 3

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is a clear violation of these Terms. In such cases all related accounts will be closed and deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false information will result in account closure. If any information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, please contact us via live chat immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cirkex follows the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If the total amount of deposits and withdrawals exceeds a specified limit, you may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card or passport for identity verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited to cirkex using the following payment methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay

Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)  |  Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may cause delays. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency

cirkex processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances in a user's account will be displayed in Taka.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions will be flagged as suspicious.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum Bonus ৳15,000 → Total Balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. That means if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 (1,500 × 15) in bets before withdrawing.

Warning: Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus balance being cancelled. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions.

5.3 Promotion Abuse Prohibited

Abusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to meet bonus conditions in a coordinated manner is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

cirkex offers five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback and other benefits apply at each tier. Details of VIP benefits may change from time to time.

Clause 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cirkex works with verified and reliable game software providers to ensure fair play. All our games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which keeps game outcomes completely impartial.

6.2 Game Results

In the event of any dispute related to a game, the software provider's server logs shall be considered the final evidence. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, cirkex reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and event. cirkex reserves the right to change these limits at any time. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended for review.

6.4 Sports Betting

In the event of a dispute over a match result in sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body shall be final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, cirkex will settle bets in accordance with established industry standards.

Clause 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cirkex:

  1. Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources
  2. Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
  3. Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts
  4. Any attempt to manipulate game results
  5. Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or software
  6. Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
  7. Harassing or misconduct towards other users
  8. Operating an account using a false identity

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action if necessary.

Clause 8

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of cirkex

cirkex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Failure to complete identity verification
  • Suspicion of suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Inability to confirm the source of funds

8.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time via our live chat or email. Any eligible remaining balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure, excluding any bonus balance subject to forfeiture.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

The cirkex platform is provided "as is". cirkex will not be liable for the following:

  • Game sessions disrupted due to internet connection loss
  • Transaction delays caused by delays from third-party payment providers
  • Difficulty using the platform due to issues with your device or software
  • Any loss resulting from a cyberattack or unforeseen technical disruption

cirkex will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.

Privacy and Security

Detailed guidelines on the collection, storage and use of your personal information can be found on our Privacy Policy page. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form a complete agreement.

cirkex uses SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity measures to protect your information. However, you acknowledge that complete security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

Your account information will not be shared with third parties, although disclosure of information may be required under legal obligations or at the request of a regulatory authority.
